Ynte is a pragmatic compliance officer with a good in-house experience.
After finishing law school, Ynte started her career in compliance as compliance assistant at the boutique portfolio manager Value Square. After acquiring in-depth experience in topics such as AML and MiFID, she quickly became the certified compliance officer for the company. She stayed on board for about 7,5 years. Colleagues appreciated her analytical skills, her thorough assessments and good communication style. After this episode, she moved to CKV, a small Belgian credit institution, where she took up the role as Head of Compliance.
Finally, in December 2021 she joined Lighthouse. Ynte is a hard worker, likes struggling through new materials and topics, and comes up with high-quality deliverables.
Ynte enjoys travelling, a good glass of wine and other good things in life.
